After reading the story, I was fairly sure that 2 of the 3 people were relatives: Albert Peltier (my great-grandfather) and Leon Peltier (my great-granduncle); I was unable to determine anything about Narcisse Milllette. At first I was confused by the story because in the beginning the writer stated that Leon was dead, but my great-granduncle Leon didn’t die until 1947 when he was 86 years old.  However, things were cleared up in the next sentence where, as quickly as he passed away, Leon was now in critical condition at St. Joseph’s hospital. At the time of the story, Leon was 52 years old.

1954 –Leon’s home at 441 Koehler Road, White Bear Township
Leon’s home was originally built by his parents, Mathilda Domitille (Garceau) and Charles Peltier.  Over time many family members lived in the house with Leon probably living there for the longest period of time. If only walls could talk.
