In 1949 White Bear Oil Company starting selling Hudson vehicles at its 4th Street and Bald Eagle Avenue location in White Bear Lake.  George wrote: “1949 Hudson, I was the only one who paid for a car out of my own pocket.”

When the picture was taken, Pam would have been 22 years old and Terry would have been 26 years old.  They would have been married about 1 year.  Maybe they were celebrating their 1st anniversary?

1939 – Shown in the very front on the right is Julaine Vadnais (about 10 months old), right behind her is Jerry Vadnais (1 year old).  Standing in the front, left to right: Marguerite Vadnais (12 years old), Anna Mae Vadnais (9 years old), Gordy Vadnais (10 years old) and Leona Vadnais (16 years old).  In the back with the white hat is Florence (Doran) Vadnais (about 29 years old) and George Vadnais (29 years old).
It looks like they were all having a good time.
