I came across this newspaper article in a file at the White Bear Lake Area Historical Society. My Aunt Florence (Vadnais) O’Neil (bottom right) looks like she is enjoying herself.William Vadnais with his wife Rachel and their daughter Dorothy William is my grandfather Adlore Vadnais’ older brother. He lived on Miller Avenue in White Bear Lake.Circa 1944 – Mike Vadnais, Marguerite Vadnais and Julaine Vadnais standing in Adlore and Ellen Vadnais’ yard at 411 Bald Eagle Avenue. Mike and Julaine are the children of Charles Vadnais, Marguerite’s brother.
